hi guys just a quick question

if there was a problem with the meds or anything else would the case officer say or just refuse the visa right at the very end???

only got to wait for the police checks to get to them so i'm feeling really nervous and being very negative thinking they're going to refuse us!!! :nah:

thanks xx

Hi,

your case officer wouldn't just refuse the visa, they will probably ask for more infomation if there is a any problem with the meds.

You will be fine

Good Luck

I think this is how you're supposed to feel while waiting for the verdict. I'm in that same spot right now and I feel the same!

Hi there know the waiting is horrible and its easy to say with hindsight don't worry, when we had our meds the doctor said not to worry if we heard nothing at all, thats good news as they have found nothing untoward. We had our meds in Aug heard nothing at all and was worrying constantly then in Nov our case was approved hope this re-assures. Good luck with everything X

I had a problem as i suffer from CFS, the medical department in Oz just asked for a specialist report (not that there is a specialist for it) so after the report was done, it was e-mailed to the correct department 4 weeks later Visa Granted. Hope this helps in some way

  • 2 weeks later...

The medical panel will give you either cat a ,cat b or fail. If you fail outright the co has no other option but to refuse you your visa.

HUBBY GOT A CAT B - WHICH WAS A SHOCK -never had a days illness in his life. He had a shadow on his x-ray. Has to have an x-ray yearly just to show it hasn't got any bigger.

Try not to worry. It'll be fine.
