Flights are booked.... Woohoo!!!!

I'm so excited. Booked our flights today - what a mothers day present. We leave the UK on 29th May with Singapore Airlines and arrive in Adelaide on the 31st - heading to Hallett Cove......

 

Has anyone got any advice for the flight or what to expect when we arrive or even about the area.....

What a coincidence.....we booked our flights today as well!!!! Also with Singapore Airlines. We leave on the 24th May and arrive on the 26th!!! Good luck with everything before you go. :v_SPIN:

We don't know!!!! Applying for OAA. Will look around when we get there and then decide. Think prefer South but until we get there.....

Have a job in the City at The Women's and Children's Hospital so we need to be within 30 mins of that.

Was soooo excited to book the flights and get seat numbers etc, then got a txt from a dear friend and was blubbing! What an emotional rollercoaster we are on!

What made you choose Hallett Cove? Have you been before? We haven't and everyone thinks we are nuts! but nothing ventured, nothing gained......

never been to Oz but have wanted to for about 12 years. I was the same when booking today and getting seat numbers. Looked at the plane too and seats and entertainment... The kids were even looking at what films were on and the tv channels - even though i told them it will probably change by May...... sooooooooooooo excited.....

 

We chose HC because we have friends who live there and they think it's great for families and we thought it would be better to go where we knew someone.....

Have to say like the look of Seacliff and we know a family that emigrated in Sept and they are there and love it.

Have you sorted out shipping? Finding the quotes a nightmare. PSS best so far but have 3 more this week then have to decide and book by end of week (deadline we have given ourselves!).

Time will fly now its quite scary!!!!
