Another passport renewal question!

Hey all,

 

Have to renew my son's passport. I know I can now do this through the post office. Thing is, what name do I do it in? Current passport is in my maiden name (as is visa). However, he changed his name when hubby and I got married, so what do we do? My visa etc is all in maiden name as my passport was in my maiden name. So confusing!

if he changed his name legally and has a certificate then you just send that with the other documentation. otherwise it will have to be in his birth name.
