Can I sponsor my brother and his 15 yr old son if he has no skill to offer, have been on the immi website but just need a plain English answer. Thanx for any info xx

Who is this visa for?

 

This visa is for you if both of these apply:

• you have a brother, sister, parent (or step-equivalent) who is an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen usually resident in Australia
  
• you and your partner have no brothers, sisters, non-dependent children, parents (or step-equivalents) other than those in Australia.
  

Your partner and other family members may be included in your application if they meet certain requirements.

So he has 2 non-dependant children that means I cannot sponsor him yet other family members may be included if they meet requirements, think he needs to get in touch with a migration agent.

Not sure he will be eligable. BUT, its worth talking a migration agent like you have said. They should do a first consultation for free, so nothing to lose.
