A waste of time?

So much for ENS and RSMS applications being top priority. Has anyone else applied recently? We have just been asked to submit a full set of documents once more, just to go from our 475 visa to an 857.

 

Seems like a waste of time, theirs as well as ours, when we only sent them in the first time 18 months ago.

 

Anyone been able to get around this, or was able to just send in a smaller set?

Now I have an email from the DIAC woman saying that she CAN access our file ... but that it will mean that the processing will take longer - LOL! What it probably means is that she is too damn lazy and would prefer someone to spoonfeed her her work!

We sent our documents again and after medicals it was done in 1week, only 8weeks for the whole process, it still is priority and doesnt take long to do the forms as most of it can be missed out.
