Is it possible to take the citizenship test b4 submitting the citizenship application forms to save time?

No not anymore. When you have lodged your forms you will receive an appointment time for your interview after which you will sit the test.

Hi I just wanted to add on a question - Does anyone know or had experience on how long the process takes end to end???

If you get all your paperwork together, then from submission to interview can be about a month, then once approved, about another month until you get the letter stating you have been accepted. From there allow 6 months for the ceremony, if not more now because the gov dept is now controlling the ceremonies in stead of the local councils. The local councils still hold the ceremonies, but they get given the list of eligable people.
