Documents to send for State Sponsorship App?

Hi all,

We are in the process of getting a TRA done at the minute and I have started looking into getting everything sorted for the SS application so we can get it in ASAP once (if!) we get the skills assessment. I've started the online application tonight and it all looks pretty straightforward but I just wanted to check exactly what documents need to be sent with it so that I can have them all ready too.

It says to include all the essential documents from the list in the Application Cover Sheet but where do I find that?

I know we need passport photo and details page, copy of a positive skills assessment and a copy of his qualification certificates? (not a student so we don't need the Financial support one, and other half is a chef so don't need the IELTS either) but is there anything else I should be sorting out?
