Courier ??

Can anyone recommend a reliable and efficient courier for me to use to send documents to Australia ? If so can you give me an idea of timescales and costs if poss ?

We just used the royal mail

There is a company from the UK, and it is tracked all the way which you can follow. Unfortunately i have lost the name of it, but it used to be on the big yellow forum.

The problem with using Royal mail is that once the item has left the UK they do not have the facilities to track it.

We used transglobal it cost £25 but we tracked it all the way. Only downside is they quoted apx 3 days but it took 7.

I have been looking on the internet for Transglobal but can't work out from their website what to do !! Do you phone and arrange for courier to pick up ?

I did it all online. The staff were very helpfull so if you not sure give them a call as I think they can do it for you over the phone.

 

I know it's more money but I need to know what's going on so being able to track it kept me sane!
