I am in the process of getting (hopefully) a De Facto (Provisional) Subclass 309 visa for South Australia, My OH (who has his own PR visa) wants to live in Sydney, as he has worked there before. My question is: Can I land in SA, then go and live in Sydney with my OH? or do I have to live in SA:) until I get my own PR?
