Wow, it looks like we have a buyer for our house, i'm trying not to get too excited but it's hard. The best bit is they don't have a chain so it could go through in 6 weeks!!!

 

I just needed to share it with someone, none of our families are excited but i know that you guys on here will be.

Hi,

Best of luck with this house sale. We are putting our house on the market next month so keeping all fingers crossed as obviously that's when the fun & games start!
