It has finally arrived!!!!

Can't believe it, our visa approval email came this morning. :jiggy:Excited, scared and feeling sick now as it is all soooo real now. :wacko:You keep talking about it and you keep watching everyone else getting theirs - now it's our turn - YIPPEEEEEE. Going to celebrate tonight just going to find the corkscrew.

 

All we need to do now is sell this bl***dy house then we are on our way!

 

If it's any help to anyone it has taken exactly 4 weeks from when they received the medicals in Sydney so it looks as if they really have got this backlog sorted out.

We met at one of the west midlands meet - I attended Evesham College - hope you can remember me.

Thanks everyone for your very kind wishes. We are doing a recci in May in preparation to going over for good in September (after the daughter's wedding), would love to meet up with anyone who wouldn't mind us dropping in on them whilst we are there.

 

Good luck everyone else out there still waiting, although they do seem to getting their act together and getting visas done much quicker now.
