hey guys,

 

i know a silly question but did you send your pcc's registered?

i just don't like sending official documents via post - how quickly did you get them back?

Ours were sent to and from our agent registered post....!

 

If you mean when did you get them back from the Police....around 36 days...if you mean from Oz...never saw them again!

Hi Susi,

 

We sent ours recorded delivery as well to the migration agent, who are going to send them to adelaide to be added to our file, what happens after that I have no idea as ours were only being sent to australia today.

oh, by your agent?! - first time i've heard that!

i thought you'd have to send an official document along with the pcc request?

the time question was for when can i expect my passport back! i need it to request my other pcc's

Our passports went to the agent recorded delivery and they copied them and sent them back within 2 days.

 

Are you doing the process yourself or with an agent?

Yes, definately call them, having the passport for the police check makes life so much easier than having to get a few bits of identification together.
