Hi Everyone, just for the lovely Sharons dream we have a new thread so we can track all the visas once we have the SA ss approval. (Im sure theres a wine or two in this for me somewhere along the line Sharon). I know there is one on PIO so this will be a smaller version for PIA. I will log it in date of visa application if ok with everyone.

I see that some are getting CO's quite quickly, is this a good sign? I hope so. After a crazy couple of weeks a CO would be astounding...

I still can't quite believe it! People keep asking us how we feel and I have to keep pinching myself. Mind you there is still that little doubt in my head - until we get it in our hands it could still fall through.

 

When are you hoping to go?

Yeah me too, I still worry something might go wrong ie they might find something we don't know about on the medicals, I know it's silly but I can't help it! Just trying to not to allow the negative thoughts to creep in. So am very excited but like you say can't relax until that visa comes in.

 

We'll be going just before we need to validate as we still have loads of work to do on our flat and need to save still. Also I get an annual bonus in March so don't want to hand my notice in before that! We have no idea whereabouts we would like to live etc as we haven't dared look at anything like that but I guess we need to start doing that!

 

What about you guys?
