Online application and Family members

I was looking for some advice on whether I should include my partners parents on the online application under family members not migrating. We're not married and he is down as defacto.

hi elizabeth,

im not sure you would, i have two older children who live with there dad at the mo and are at uni and college they are bith not going , but i only needed to add the one who was under 18 aas she is still classed as dependant, to the bit that says family nott migrating sshe also had to have medicals and police checks

No you don't, I'm pretty sure you're only supposed to be listing dependants, e.g. children who are living with the ex, and not migration with you.
