Panic mode - custody papers and DIAC

OMG, just printed off the 176 docs required to apply for our visa.

 

They need evidence that we have the mothers permission to remove the boys from the UK but we are still fighting it out in court. Has anybody else been thro this?

 

They are not legally allowed to see the mother and I have been their "mum" since they were 2 and 5 (ten years) but we still need her permission.

 

In total panic now as OH is 45 on 11th June so im scared this means if court hasn't settled then we will miss the boat.

Don't really think so. We wrote to the mother to ask for her permission which she has ignored. If she was going to play ball she would have answered rather than let us take her to court.

 

Court hearing on 28th April to take directions. Please god dont let this drag on. We have waited so long to get to apply for the visa not to mention paying out thousands, if we fall at the last hurdle the dream is over. New points system counts us out.
