Hi,

 

When paying the Visa the 1st installment of $2575 is paid at time of application, At what point is the 2nd installment of $3575 paid. Just looked at the time line and it seems to be going real fast.

You only have to pay the second instalment if you or your partner or dependent does not have an acceptable level of english. So if you come from a country that does nor have English as a first language then you have to pay. If you all hold uk or eu or USA, Ireland or nz passirts you should be ok and only pay the first installment. Hope this helps.
