Would anyone be able to clarify the below?

 

1. I understand that subclass 475 (Skilled Regional Sponsored - Provisional) visa holders can apply for RSMS visa even before satisfying 2 years live & 1 year work requirements, but does it have to be sponsored by the employer in the same state/territory that sponsored the 475 visa? or it can be the employer in a regional area in any state/territory?

 

2. Can subclass 475 visa holders apply for ENS visa before satisfying 2 years live & 1 year work requirements?
