Meds deadline date

Hi everyone,

 

Can anybody shed some light please. We attended our meds in Edinburgh yesterday. We have until the 20th of this month as given 70 days from c o as he requested further info on job evidence. Our agent said to email tracking number to her as soon as we receive it, assuming that it would have been yesterday. But doc said the meds will not be signed off till Monday 23rd!!! They say it's not a problem, but is it? Can c o be a bit ruffled by this or am I being sooooo silly. Emailed our agent yesterday but has not replied. So thinking about calling c o this evening. What's your advice or experience.

We were in the same position and it was fine, as long as the medicals are booked and carried out within the time limit it is fine Claire

We were the same, your CO will be happy that the meds are done and on their way!

We just had to send a copy of the receipt to prove the medicals had been done within the time line and all was ok.

Hi not to worry our deadline was up on saturdat just gone and we have our meds 2 mrw morning only got police checks on friday due to all the bank hols. our agent said all ok as they applied for an extension..
