How do you know when you get a case officer?

HI all- er just as the title says how do we know when we have a CO? Do we get an email or does something on DIAC website change?

Hello

 

If your using an agent they should tell you, if you have your TRN and you go on your tracker, it should say "application being processed further" and you or your agent will have emails requesting what to do next etc.

I did not use an agent so all my info came direct to me i.e request for meds etc

you (or your agent) will get an email with CO details & Team no &

 

if you have your TRN & can check the online tracker it will also say "email has been sent"...

 

Why? do you think you have your CO???

We got an email from our case officer requesting meds and police checks, 9 days after we lodged the visa.

it wont be long... ours was 11 days... so I recon it will be some time next week for you!!! but dont forget its bank hol in Oz tomorrow...
