Adoption question?

hi guys

 

can anyone answer me a quick question please?

 

my cousin is adopting a child in the uk but has said she'd like to move here in a couple of years. am i right in thinking that because she has adopted a child she would still be able to emmigrate or will this stop her?

yeah as its an adoption all parental rights are that of the adoptive parent as if it were thier biological child. )
