Question about applying for SS

Hi,

 

We are going to be hopefully applying using my wife's TRA as a Hairdresser and we know she will have to sit the IELTS exam for applying for the 176 but does she have to have this in place for the State Sponsorship application?

 

Any help would be great.

Hi if it states she needs IELTS due to her profession (ie on the SMP SS list) you would need them but as I presume she will be sitting exam for extra points she will only need to have them by the time you submit visa so you could go ahead with SS and then do IELTS.

The IIELTS is for extra points on the application, She has TRA for Hairdressing.
