Visa in passport

Hi looking for some help! Trying to find out where i have to send passport to have visa put in. I no all done electronically but would love to actually have visible proof!!!!

We sent the passports and a copy of the electronic visa confirmation to Australia House, we also sent special delivery. Got the address off Australia House website. You also have to include a prepaid, special delivery return envelope because they wont pay the return postage. Was pretty straight forward, we got them back in less than a week.

• There must be at least 2 unused pages or we have nowhere to place a label

 

• Provide a covering letter explaining what you are requesting.

 

• Include viable contact details in case we need to contact you i.e. phone/email.

 

• Enclose a copy of your visa grant letter (where this is a first-time visa label).

 

• Clients in the UK should include a PRE-PAID self-addressed Special Delivery silver pouch for the return of your documents. You should keep a record of the return registration number for tracking purposes. This office will make separate arrangements for the return of documents to clients in of Ireland, however such clients should enclose a self addressed envelope to ensure their passports are returned to the correct address.

We sent ours today, I just put all our passports in and a copy of the grant letter and a paid special delivery envelope to post it back in. I didnt send a covering letter eeeekkkkkk.

Leeanne we got our Visa granted on the 28th July too, very good day for us both . Sending our Passports off on Monday and cant wait to have it sent back....but was trying to find out where to send it first.

Hi Leeanne, We have no clue at the moment where we are going to be heading too. Very scary! We currently dont have a job set up but are in the process of arranging skype interviews...fingers crossed we get jobs set up before and will know where we are heading to. Otherwise....no clue.

 

Do you know where your heading to in SA, or do you have jobs set up??

Hi Linds, We have been looking at Happy Valley, hallett Cove and Woodcroft. We are in the process of sorting licence for my OH so he can work once we arrive. He will also be contacting a certain company as he would like a job there!!

 

Do you have to look at schools for children?

Can you believe this is happening. Its starting to sink in now. We are getting married 7 weeks today so trying to concentrate on that as I have loads to do. I have only told my mum and brothers. No friends know yet. My OH has told his friends and family.
