Proof of dependency: For my mom

Hi,

 

While I was just going through the paper based checklist for 176 (although I will submit online, just guessing the checklist will be similar), I found that I have to submit form 47A for my mom who is financially dependent on me but not migrating.

The form 47A also mentioned that I need to submit some proof to show the dependency.

 

Any idea/advice on how I can prove that?

My mom's name is on the year-end taxation form, wondering will that serve the purpose?

Not sure about the proof I guess you have to say that she is dependent on you more than any other source like pensions or benefits. Do you realise that she will also have to have a medical and do police checks even if she is not migrating.

There are many more people posting there and lots with similar in having dependants etc. There may not be enough people around on this forum who've had experience of this sort of thing.
