dumb question no doubt but do you have to take medical and dental records with you..

Short answer - No

 

Dental never get transferred anyways, even over here. A new dentist will just record your teeth when you visit. Doctor - You'll fill out some forms and can give your own medical history if need be. Just ensure to tell them if there is anything major in your past medical history.

 

BTW, you can always use the forum search function to see if this sort of thing has already been asked and answered. You'd get a result in seconds and be sorted I always suggest to people to check and see if this sort of stuff has been posted about already.
