i Hello to all

 

Yet again i am after the brillant advice/help from the wealth of knowledge that is PIA!

 

Today we recieved a letter from Visa go stating that "yes they believe that we meet the requirements for the purpose of migration on visa 475 (subclass)." is this a good sign?

 

On investigation this i have discovered that this is a provisonal visa, 3 years so my questions are

 

1. is this going to be a nightmare to apply for permant residence once we are in oz?

 

2. is this because Phil , having passed his exams does not qualify as a mental nurse untill may as i thought nurses would get over on a skilled visa??
