Agency uncontactable for nearly 2 weeks..

Anyone else with OGP and unable to speak to anyone? Answer phone message is dated 2 weeks ago. Reception phone just rings and rings..

When you say OGP, do you mean a nursing agency called O'Grady Peyton, please?

 

If yes, I'm guessing but it appears that you probably already have a visa, probably a sc 176 and that the worry at the moment is purely the job agency?

 

Please confirm whether I'm right about the above. I'd have thought that a nursing agency would be unlikely to go bump, so for the moment, please don't be inclined to panic. Have you paid any money to OGP?

Hi Gill, to confirm yes O'Grady Peyton.

 

Unluckily I do not have a visa. I was at the visa stage. They were due to renew the labour agreement but it looks like it hasn't been renewed. Found out by contacting the USA offices! UK Offices are closed!

 

Having to relocate and apply with a holiday visa! Luckily I didn't pay them anything.
