Sorry I can't help, but thought I'd let you know - if you type in capitals LIKE THIS, its a bit like shouting at people, which is slightly off putting when reading it, so you might want to not do that so much Hopefully someone will be along soon that can help with your query.

You would need to study an Australian Government document called the Country Education Profile (CEP) for Pakistan.

You'd have to pay a subscription to access the volume about Pakistan.
