Well after our first sale falling through on exchange day we have managed to sell the house again today. Short chain (only two) for less then the last time but here's hoping nothing goes wrong this time around. It will be a nervous lead up till Xmas but fingers crossed will be there soon.

 

Good luck to all of those still trying to sell.

Good luck guys. Keep on top of your lawyers so it goes through quickly - this may not make you popular but it will defo get the job done quicker ( I speak from experience as a previous property solicitor)
