Omg, i think we've sold the house!!!!

OMG, how excited am i, it looks like we have a buyer who has £60,000 deposit.

All will be confirmed tomorrow by the estate agent but it looks like we could be in Adelaide for my birthday in April.

I never thought this day would come! It's been 5 years since we first thought about the idea of emigrating.

I'm trying not to get too excited but i'm going to have to have a glass of white wine tonight, just to calm my nerves of course.

Update .....

I asked the estate agents to see proof that the buyer actually has 60k deposit. He has a mortgage approved in principal and is making the mortgage application today.

I so want to shout it from the roof tops!
