software engineer gone to low?

Why did software engineer go to low so quickly? I seem to remember it sticking around for a while last year...

In other forum they were some gossip saying that they have been invited first.

But this is really strange that the five first ICT ANZCO are already showing medium/low availability

I personally have asked ss for 262113 Systems Administrator on 4th of July and have not got any answer yet.

I feel for you guys - that process was horrible last year, fingers crossed for you all. Just to add to the info, I went in as sys admin but it went to no availability before I got the paperwork and re-applied as network admin (on the advice of a dude on here, forget who now - sorry!) - as the two roles are very close together.

@zebedee you got assessed as sys admin and were able to be sponsored as network and sys admin, or you get assessed directly as network and sys admin ?

Also feel for you guys, last year they went quick as well. However some dropped really quick but later went back up.

So thats 5160 for the whole of Australia for Analyst Programmer, Developer Programmer, and Software engineer for 2012-2013. I guess that SA doesn't have a very large allocation which is why it dropped so quickly as it has to cover 189, 190 and 489 visas.
