Hi we are hoping to move from Melbourne around end of September desperately trying to find a removal company, just had one quote, more expensive than shipping from UK! Any recommendations would be much appreciated!!! All happening really quickly !

Have you looked at hiring a 4½ tonner and driving yourself? A one way trip is expensive however if you drive it back to Melbourne and get a one way flight back to Adelaide it'll come in at somewhere around $1000 to $1200 all up for 5 days hire.

Thank you for your reply, we have 3 young children so thought would be less stressful to get someone else to do the hard work! realised the people we used to come over from the UK also do interstate over in Australia, so waiting to hear back from them!
