Hooray! We received our receipt/acknowledgement/file number all at once on Tuesday! Medicals done yesterday, reports complete and being couriered today... so happy that things are finally moving...

 

If anyone is considering traveling after they lodge their application I can highly recommend getting the medicals done at the Tung Shin Hospital in Kuala Lumpur - the service was excellent, professional, really quick and 29 quid each for everything including courier! Amazing...

 

Now all we need is a case officer and a visa!

 

Thanks for all the help and support from this site, it's kept me going....

thank you! Thank god they don't test for stress!!!!

 

it could take another three to four months to get a case officer and get the visa granted... we can't stay in asia that long not working so we're off to New Zealand to pick some kiwi fruit!!
