I applied for 887 on 10-May and received CO email on Sep 22nd asking for:
- account statements showing income deposit (I save the pay summary as PDF from bank website)
- Notice of Assessment 2015/2016 (already have it)
- Lease agreement and utility bills for my previous address
- and Evidence of Functional English for my wife
I don't have utility bills or any correspondences showing my previous address living for 10 months in a shared house. I just have a sharing rental agreement signed by the proprietor including sharing condition (pay, bills, rent amount,...). has anyone used this form and faced any problem?
Also I submitted my wife's IELTS result when lodging my case. The result expires on 10-May too. shall she sit for another IELTS exam or pay the fee?
