simply I have provided all the docs mentioned in the bridging visa grant letter except medicals.
1. 2 year tenant agreements
2. 1 year full time work evidence
3. AFp check and overseas police check
4. passport biodata
5. randomly selected phone and electricity bills over the last 2 years
6.form 80 and 1221
pretty much that's it.. luckily I had all the docs readily and those all were certified before apply

Good news here, PR just granted this morning. Got email and status changed at the same time to 'application granted' for each applicants.
To try and summarise it:
Applied on 30th April from 475 to 887
Status changed on 6 / 11 to application processed further
Application granted 7 / 11 without any contact from immi or any co being allocated
We lived in Victoria for the 2 years at the same address and didn't leave the country at all.
As far as docs are concerned:
didn't do any medicals
uploaded up front Aus police clearance and overseas ones
provided 12 months payslips but end of year group 1
letter from employer stating that i worked full time during that time
rental agreemement (lease)
3 bills (water electricity and telephone)
birth cert for the 4 of us (mine was also translated)
marriage certificate (for my change of name)
passport photos for the 4 of us
my ielts (uploaded the one i did for the 475 - which was back in Aug 2008)
passport for the for of us
Letter is from Adelaide office and Team 10 - JG
I just want to say a big thank you to all of you for keeping us updated; it has made the process a little less frustrating to know that things are moving (however slowly) rather than being kept in the dark by immigration.
Good luck to all
