Don't have to worry about photo file name as CO can identify that.also i called immigration before i submitted my app & they told me photos are not required any more.its just outdated checklist so it ask for photos.
      Cheers

Thanks for explaining this to me

If you color scanned your documents then attestations is not required.

      2) Photo's are not required for online applications but if you have uploaded it is alright ...

      3) Ielts is not required for 887 visa .. Document checklist is a standard version of all online visas so dont worry about all the criteria

Nidhi dont get too stressed .. if incase you missed out a document CO will ask for the document this will not affect your visa process...

      Regards,
      Rajne

Thanks Rajne for telling me the details
      Feeling bit relaxed....

      Hi All again,

As everyone says when we are on bridging visa. We can avail the medicare benefit.

Can anyone explain me in details that what type of benefits we can avail?
As i don't know anything about it?

If someone is availing the benefits then what are they?
I am having private insurance. Can i stop that or continue till grant of 887.....

      Thanks

      Welcome to the Thread,

887 Visa is quite simple you dont need a agent to log it ...

Its a online application so all the questions will be included in the online form.

Docs which needs to be uploaded are payslips , residential proof and AFP

Currrently the waiting time is 6 months for 887 Visa ..

      Cheers,

thank you in advance Rjane....have a nice weekend!

      regards,

Hi ricky, following info is from Medicare website..
      Eligibility for Medicare Card
Everyone who lives in Australia—excluding Norfolk Island residents—is eligible for a Medicare card if they:

      hold Australian citizenship
hold New Zealand citizenship (documentation required)
have been issued with a permanent visa
have applied for a permanent visa (excludes an application for a parent visa—other requirements apply. Call us for more information).

it means you are eligible for medicare entitlement once you applied for permanent visa irrespective of which visa is in operation. Ask them to talk their supervisor . U know hundreds of people avail medicare benefit once they applied pr.
      cheers
