BRIDGING A – (CLASS WA) SUBCLASS 010 Visa.....

Hi,

 

Parents just been granted this visa. Wanting to clarify if there are any work restictions with this type of visa?

Normally the restrictions are given in the letter/ visa.I'm currently on a Bridging A visa awaiting an 820 visa and it says the same restrictions from any previous visa apply to mine e.g.I was on a working holiday visa before which means I can only work 6 months at a time, however I was able to apply to have that restriction removed. If they have bridged from a tourist visa, they will not have any work rights and would need to apply to get them. They would need to show financial hardship.
