Hello all,

 

Have just put in my skills assessment online but am a bit confused with the tax issue as VETASSESS do not make it clear about exemption from the tax. They ask for a statutory declaration stating that you are out of Aus at time of lodging application. Trouble is I'm a bit confused as to what they mean by a statutory declaration. Is it the statement "I am not in Australia..." that has been signed by yourself and then certified?

 

Has anyone had to do this and can they help me out?
