Reccie in March to validate visas - do I need to contact anyone or do anything?

My house sale wasn't happening, so house is off the market until the reccie is over. Travelling out with wife and kids in March, is there anything I need to do to activate the visas, or is it done automatically via passport numbers?

Sounds good! Got the bank account set up online, so gonna go and show some id to finalise that. Otherwise I'm looking forward to a nice two week break in my potential future hometown!

We did exactly the same as you, had the house on the market and it just wasnt selling. So we took it off the market and booked our 2 week reccie and came over last May. Loved it here so when we got back put the house straight on the market again and it sold within 2 weeks!! Flew out here in October. Your never know you might have the same luck. Good luck with everything
