Hi all

Hoping to go o Adelaide in March to activate visa and the like. Hoping to rent a house, hire a car and get a cheap flight. Can anyone offer suggestions of sites to get good deals. Have started looking and it seems to be coming out at bout £6000 Inc spending money for a family of three. Does this seem about right.

Getting excited and stomach churning all t the same time. Is this normal

Than you

Kathy

Aussiecarrentals did us quite a decent car at a cheap rate and met us at the airport when we landed. http://aussiecarrentals.com.au/.

Not sure if you can get lucky, but we did well with House sitting when we first moved over here - free accommodation - just a dog to look after - http://www.aussiehousesitters.com.au/

It is VERY normal - even after 6 months I'm still spun out by the whole thing.

Hi S/jack, not sure how long you want to stay but if you want to keep budget down try the numerous caravan parks they have here (depends where you want to locate to) they do 3 bedroom type chalets etc, for a cheaper car hire try http://acaciacarrentals.com/ older cars but perfectly suitable for short term use, good luck.
