What visa to choose

I'm on a 457 visa and looking to get PR but don't know what visa to get ? can anyone help?

well that's a little bit vague but the place to check out visa options is http://www.immi gov.au/skills/skillselect. And your choice will obv depend on whether you identify your option to be a general skilled (independent) visa or one sponsored by your employer. Start with this anyway.

For PR - you have few options:

189 - SI PR - you need 60 points + anzsco code should be on SOL1 list.

190 - SI state sponsored PR - you need 55 points (+5 you get from State) + anzsco code should be on CSOL list.

489 - Regional/family sponsored - don't know much about this one!
