Hope you can help. My other half is main applicant for 189 visa and need accounting skills assessed with CPA, just looking at their website and supporting documents required which all seems fairly self-explanatory but what does the part which says "applying for assessment of employment claims for skilled employment purposes" mean? Does he need to include a signed testimonial with the application for each job he has had in the accounting sector in order to have his skills assessed? It's just it goes on to say CPA will only assess employment claims if you have received a suitable skills assessment. Sorry but I'm confused!!

It means you are being invited to waste money on unecessary and sometime incorrect advice.
