Hi,

 

This may sound silly but when it comes to validating our 190 visa is it a case of is all travelling to Adelaide going through passport control and that's it? or do we have to go to an immigration office or something?

 

Any info would be appreciated.

Hi

 

Coming to the end of our validating of visa trip to Adelaide. No fuss visa automatically tagged to passport. Through passport control passport stamped done and dusted. No big welcome.

 

When you get here and talk to people about your plans to stay permanently they genuinely happy for you

Also just in case you weren't aware you can enter any part of Oz to validate it. I'm going in Sept to do mine, but thinking of calling in elsewhere 1st to see friends x
