As a 475 Visa holder.. do I need to inform change of circumstances ?

Hello,

 

I entered Australia and am living in Adelaide as a 475 Visa holder.

Since I entered, I moved 3 times house to house but

I haven`t thought about informing my change of address to DIAC.

(But, I have informed to SA immigration as I registered in their survey program.)

 

Last month, my father passed away and went back my country to attend funeral.

After coming back Australia, I wondered..

 

Do I need to inform death of my father (It`s change of my family member I guess..) to DIAC ?

Also, do I need to inform my resident address to DIAC every time when I move to somewhere ?
