Question on 475 provisional visa

Gday!

 

I am a provisional visa holder, 475, territory nominated. My job as a marketing specialist requires an intensive travel internationally. I tried to clarify definition for 2 year stay, but never it mentioned, that 2 year stay is 730 days of non-leave stay. My business trips may encounter for as long as 3 weeks in a row with may be two months interval.

 

However, to avoid any confusion, can someone explain if I can do such a long business trips and be legibale for PR approval in two years time.

Hi Ivan, you have to have to have spent 2 years ie 730 days in your specified area of australia and a full year actually working in that area, i'm sure that you couldn't count time worked overseas even if for that company

The visa says

Initial stay date 06 November 2016

 

Must not arrive after 06 November 2016

 

Enter before date 16 April 2014

 

Period of stay 03 years stay on each arrival

 

Does that mean, that I will leave 4 November 2016 and return 5 November 2016 it will start counting three years again?
