Lodging 820 visa application in person

Hi all,

 

I have been living in Adelaide for almost a year now, and am about to lodge my 820 partner visa.

 

I was wondering if anybody knows if you can lodge an 820 visa, in person, in Adelaide? Or does it need to be sent away to the Perth processing centre by post? I would much prefer to do it in person as I feel like my application is too precious to allow in the mail system!
