Visa Timescales

Hi, we have just been asked to go for our medicals.........at last!! . We are applying on a SIR Visa 495, can anyone give us any idea of timescales from submitting the medicals to being accepted??

It really does depend, there is no definite timescale unfortunately :cry:

 

Our time-line is below, we have given the CO everything now & still have not had the visa granted, our agency are chasing again Thurs 19th April so keeping everything crossed for him to grant it then 8) 8)

We are also on a SIR 495 & fly out 4 weeks today!!

Our visa was granted about 6 weeks after we had meds done but like anything in this process there is no set timescale, you just need to play the waiting game! Good luck

Can't really help with the timescale question, just wanted to say that's good news you have been asked to go for the meds another step further forward! Won't be too long now
