Need assistance regarding online application for Family sponsored visitor visa 600

Hi,

I am applying for my parents online as a sponsor; I was discussing with one of my friends while applying and he suggested the process as

login to your immi account . lodge an application (600) for tourist visa for your family members > than upload documents that they will ask . once all the document uploaded , health check done and biometric data has been taked in dhaka vfs office (for health check and bio metric data they will e-mail you two document that need to be sent to applicants at dhaka for process) then you submit the application and paid visa fee

But in practice at the last step of application when I click Submit - I get the payment option and it looks like without paying I can't submit the application !!

Can anybody please help and tell me if I should pay at this stage and proceed ?

What are the documents I might need to submit once the application is lodged ?

As far as I understand it for the tourist type short term visas, its payment before processing.

 

No clue about what documents you'll be expected to submit. I'd think they would list them on the website somewhere.

That is correct and you cannot upload document either.

BTW, I am applying as sponsor and I made a mistake in visa application - can you please let me know which form I should use to correct the information ?

Form 1023 looks like need to be filled up by the applicant himself !!

Anybody have any idea how much time it takes these days to start a Visa 600 ?
