State sponsorship processing time

Hope you all are keeping well. Just reaching out to see if anyone here has recently applied/approved or is awaiting approval of SA state sponsorship. I understand from the website that the current processing time is 6-8 weeks. Just thought what other people experience is on waiting times.

 

I applied under physiotherapist category on 27/08/2015.

Hey - we were granted state sponsorship for SA, it took 6 weeks :-) visa application is being submitted by agent today... Now another wait ;-)

Thanks for getting back to us. 6 weeks seem too long. Sorry getting impatient here. So another 12 weeks and you become residents of Australia.

That's the plan... However our plan is not to move out until next November.

Thats like over 8 weeks. Maybe trying speaking to them and see what they suggest?

Received SS approval on Sept 17 ( it tooks 10 weeks ). Hope to lodge 190 Visa application by end of Sept.

Hey, I just received the invitation to apply for 489 visa. Took 10 weeks to the day from submitting EOI.

 

It has been a long wait, but happy now
