Advise on Visa subclass 309

HI Everyone,

 

 

I want to know if I can apply for partner visa(subclass 309) for my my wife, we are engaged now and would be getting married on 20th Jan 2015 .

 

can we apply visa 309 before marriage? I Know this visa takes around 8-10 months time and after jan ( which is around 3 months from now) , I should be in the position to upload all the documents.

Your post is confusing. Are you legally married? Yes or no.

I just read your post in the 887 thread so am editing this one. You really don't make things clear in your post in the thread as to the exact situation you are in.

 

Is your agent a MARA registered reputable agent? If so, follow their advice.
