FINALLY!! Visa granted after 16 long months

HI all, we got our's ( visa 136) a couple of weeks ago ,took the same time , just got to sell our house now????? hope we don't have to go over there just to validate our passports ?, been told as well that we only have one chance at getting extra bagadge allowance .
